HOW MANY WEDDING IMAGES CAN WE EXPECT AT THE END OF THE DAY?
I get this question so often and it is so tricky to answer because every wedding day is so unique and involves so many variables. Typically, after a full day of shooting I can end up with 400-600 edited images. In saying that, I don't limit myself to numbers either. If there are 800 amazing photos from your special day, you can bet I will deliver 800!
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO SCHEDULE OUR PORTRAITS?
Hands down. Golden hour. Don't know what I'm talking about? Golden hour is that magical time right before the sun rises or sets. The sun is nice and low in the sky which means no harsh shadows, and your images will be flooded with that creamy golden light that comes early in the morning or in the evening. I completely understand that it might be difficult to schedule your wedding portraits during golden hour (which usually hits mid reception) but if I can steal you away for 15 minutes or so, we can create some stunning images with that sunset light.
WHO SECOND SHOOTS FOR YOU?
Capturing your wedding with excellence is something that is so important to me - That's why I always work with other photographers who have a great eye and capture moments or details that I might otherwise miss. All the artists I hire have proven to do an awesome job working with my clients, their friends & their families, and create wonderful images that will add to your gallery.
CAN I HAVE ALL THE RAW IMAGES?
The short answer: This is not something I offer. The long answer: The entirety of documenting your wedding from the time I arrive to photograph you, to the time I send you your gallery, is part of my artistic process. If I give you a file straight from my camera I'm not giving you my finished product; my best work. You wouldn't hire someone to build you a house only to stop at the roof, right?
My brand is built of my finished edited images, so I only deliver the ones I am proud to have my name attached to.
